Ginny Kemp has over 16 years of experience in Western Herbal Medicine, working with patients of all ages with various health conditions.
Ginny Says, “I became interested in Herbal Medicine after both my Grandmothers turned to it, having exhausted the conventional route without relief. In both cases, after several weeks of treatment with herbal medicine, their chronic problems were cured, and their quality of life hugely improved. As a result, I progressed from my Medical Science studies to Herbal Medicine and have never looked back!”
After achieving a degree in Medical Science from the University of Birmingham, she completed a degree in Western Herbal Medicine from the University of East London and is now Registered with the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH) and the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy (CPP). She is a member of the Council for the CPP and the European Herbal & Traditional Practitioners Association, setting quality and standards in Herbal Medicine.
Ginny uses her background in Medical Science and broad experience in Herbal Medicine to offer an integrated approach for patients, and herbal medicine can be used alone or alongside medicines prescribed by your Doctor.
Following a detailed consultation, bespoke medicines made from whole plant extracts are prescribed and prepared in-house for individual patients’ needs. This is used alongside an individualised treatment plan to include diet and lifestyle advice.
Diagnosis and treatment are aimed at the root cause of health problems rather than solely at symptomatic relief. When applied this way, herbs can help patients of all ages and with most medical conditions. Ginny will give you the benefit of her experience, spending time with you to understand your condition and choose the right herbs for you.
