Aelish is a qualified classical acupuncturist and a fully insured member of the British Acupuncture Council. She has been awarded a professional licentiate from The Acupuncture Academy (TAA) and is highly commended for her clinical skills.
Aelish has trained in all aspects of Chinese medicine and acupuncture theory, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, focusing on Five Element acupuncture.
Aelish’s treatment approach is individualised and holistic; She aims to identify and correct any imbalances and disharmonies in the physical, mental and emotional areas of a person’s health. She is passionate about making people feel their very best and understands the importance of creating a healing space where the patient feels heard, understood and cared for. A space that supports and facilitates change.
During her time in general practice, Aelish has gained experience treating adults and teenagers with various presenting issues who have struggled to find relief in response to more conventional medical approaches.
Aelish says:
“I struggled in my adolescence and early adult life with severe PMS which negatively impacted on my emotional, physical, and mental health, which led me to seek Acupuncture treatment. The improvements to my health and wellbeing were so transformative it inspired me to become an acupuncturist. The sessions also helped me develop and strengthen a new calm inner perspective, necessary to maintain the positive benefits of acupuncture and new understanding of my health. It’s a beautiful thing to share the ‘gift’ of acupuncture and Chinese medicine with my patients”
Aelish is interested in women’s and mental health and is ongoingly dedicated to expanding her knowledge and experience in these areas of her practice.

- Thursday 8am-1pm
Out-of-hours by arrangement may be possible. Before and after embryo transfer, treatments can be arranged outside these hrs.
