Jo George is the founder and owner of Life Rituals, which opened in 2017. She has over 24 years of professional clinical experience in traditional acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She holds a first in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the MSC Level and a BSC (Hons) in Traditional Acupuncture. Before this, she studied and practised Remedial Massage, Thai Massage, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy. Other personnel and professionals who completed professional development courses, including Hypnobirthing Practitioner Cert, NLP (1 year), Shamanism (1 year), and Reiki (Master Level). She is in the final year of a 3-year study in Integrative Counselling, finishing in September 2025.
Since beginning her acupuncture career in 2000, Jo has constantly expanded her knowledge and expertise through professional research in her MSC and further specialist studies in the UK, China, and Australia.
Jo specialises in individualised, tailored treatments for a wide range of health conditions, using evidence-based research. She has a particular interest in gynaecology and infertility.
